We are delighted that Teleri Jones, from Llanfihangel Glyn Myfyr, has recently joined our team as the new Financial Controller.
Teleri, a qualified accountant, who was brought up on a beef and sheep farm locally in Glan-yr-afon, joined Rhug Estate last month. She previously worked at Ruthin Farmers Auction for 16 years as the Accountant.
Lord Newborough, Owner of Rhug Estate said, “I am delighted to welcome Teleri to the team at Rhug. Teleri has hit the ground running. Her previous experience and family farming background means she will be a huge asset to the team.”
Teleri went to Aberystwyth University and worked for a tissue manufacturer in Flint after qualifying. Her position at Ruthin Farmers Auctioneers was part time while she raised her three children. Teleri is now full time managing the finances for Rhug Estate.
Teleri said, “I’m delighted to be working with Lord Newborough and the team at Rhug. Rhug Estate is such a diverse business and yet at its core is organic farming. I’m looking forward to using my accountancy and farming experience to help all aspects of the business thrive financially in the future.”
