The Perfect Coronation Chicken recipe for your wraps, sandwiches and salads.
Leftover chicken can be dry to eat the second time around – and it’s never a good idea to reheat it!
Our Commis Chef, Kayleigh Wilson has the perfect Coronation Chicken recipe for you.
To make this delicious Coronation Chicken, all you need to do is mix the following ingredients into a large bowl:
- 500g of cold,
- cooked and dice chicken 250g
- Mayonaisse 250g
- Tomato Ketchup 100g
- Mango Chutney 2tsp
- Turmeric 2tsp
- Chilli Powder 2tsp
- Cumin Powder 1tsp
- handful sultanas
- 1/4 bunch of finely chopped Coriander
Serve on it’s own as the perfect BBQ side dish this sunny weekend or pop it in a wrap or bap for a day our with the kids. Mmmmmmm….. lovely!
