Our chef, Elliot Knox has created a Menu with a real focus on seasonal produce reflecting local products and our own fresh organic meat where possible.

In addition to breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes we serve our delicious Sunday Lunch Menu using our own Rhug Estate meat and seasonal vegetables.  We also offer a popular Afternoon Tea (scroll down for further information).

We have a carefully-selected wine selection, each bottle being hand-picked for their compatibility with our menu, taste, quality and value for money. All of the bottles available in the Bison Grill are also available to buy in the Farm Shop should you wish.

Afternoon Tea

The Rhug Afternoon Tea menu includes an assortment of mini sandwiches freshly made; egg mayonnaise using local organic welsh eggs, Rhug Estate organic beef pastrami and dill pickle, Snowdonia Black Bomber cheese with homemade sun-dried tomato chutney and smoked salmon, cucumber, rocket and cream cheese wraps.

Our afternoon tea is served on a two tier stand, together with fruit and plain scones with clotted cream and preserve, a variety of homemade mini cakes including carrot cake, plain and walnut brownies, vanilla macaron and raspberry trifle. Served with a tea of your choice.
