Organised by the Guild of Fine Food, Great Taste a badge for speciality food and drink, described as the ‘Oscars’ of the food world and the ‘epicurean equivalent of the Booker prize’.

The Great Taste Awards scheme recognises the best-tasting food and drink available in UK. The judging process includes over 400 judges including specially-trained coordinating food writers inputting judges’ comments over 50 judging days from May through to the last week in July.
