The turkey crown is quicker to cook, easier to handle and carve, and is perfect for those not wanting to worry about leftovers. The crown can be cooked and stuffed the same as your regular turkey and the skin is left on for that extra crunch.

The giblets are included in a separate bag, along with a recipe leaflet and complimentary turkey pop-up timer. The wings tips and legs will be delivered to you separately so that you can use however you may see fit e.g. for making delicious gravy.

Rhug Estate organic turkeys enjoy almost seven months living free range on the farm near Corwen, north Wales. Rhug Organic Dee Valley Bronze are beautiful black turkeys that have self-basting properties under the skin. Because they are free range, and out every day, the turkeys have texture, flavour and a browner leg meat than birds produced in any other way, they also cook faster than conventional turkeys.
