Organic Welsh Poultry

Our organic Chickens, Turkeys & Geese are raised on the main farm at Rhug, in a stress-free environment without the use of antibiotics or chemicals. Our award winning Chickens are slow maturing birds that roam freely, picking and scratching in the organic clover-rich pastures for 12-16 weeks, after being hand-reared for the first 21 days. Our Turkeys and Geese also enjoy the same stress-free environment. The result is a truly exceptional meat that is succulent and flavoursome, due in part to self-basting properties under the skin, with browner leg meat and a thicker skin.
