Delivery
We can deliver to most mainland Great Britain addresses. You can arrange delivery to your workplace, neighbour or friends if it’s more convenient, at no extra charge.
We are unable to deliver unfortunately to the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, some remote areas of Scotland, and the Scottish islands. This is because we cannot guarantee that the order will be delivered within 24 hours.

Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days from the date of the order being placed. All orders are delivered using a next day service, but please note this is from the date of dispatch, not the date of placing orders.

We use a national courier network (Delsol / APC) to deliver our orders.
No. Your order will remain chilled for 24 hours so no need to rush home for the delivery as it will stay cool until you arrive home.
We do encourage our customers to always provide us with a delivery instruction with your order telling us where you would like us to leave your order. It would be best placed somewhere cool and dry or at least in the shade.
Your order will be delivered to you packaged in an cardboard box with recyclable low density Polyethylene (LDPE) liners, which makes them extremely suitable for recycling and to keeping your order cool and fresh. Therefore there is no need to rush home and put it in the fridge immediately, although it will need to be refrigerated when you do unpack it.
Any meat products are packed either in skin packs, vacuum packs or gas flushed trays to keep your meat fresh. Items are then transported in specially selected packaging which keeps your order at fridge temperature for up to 24 hours from dispatch, so you can be sure that your meat will be in the best condition when it reaches you. The meat will be clearly labelled, so is ideal for popping straight in the freezer.
We always strive to offer the best service before, during, and after your delivery and will try to contact all of our customers if any errors occur with their order.
In some cases, when we find ourselves out of stock of certain items, we offer a substitution service to avoid disappointment. This does not happen frequently and is rarely for meat products. It would mostly apply to the Farm Shop products.
Delivery charges are for one delivery to any single mainland United Kingdom address.

Click & Collect
Once your order is placed, a member of the team will call you to arrange a collection time from the tills at the Rhug Estate Farm Shop.
At the moment, collection will only be available on Fridays.
If all the products in your basket are eligible for Click & Collect, when choosing the delivery option, you can select Click & Collect.
Choose your collection date and complete your order. You will then receive an order confirmation via email.

In the rare occasion in which your selected items are unavailable, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and offer you an alternative product.
All meat orders will be made to order, once the order has been put into production we are unable to cancel the orders however, please call us on 01490 413000 to discuss.
In the circumstance that you are unable to collect your order on your collection day, please let us know as soon as possible by ringing 01490 413000 or by emailing orders@rhug.co.uk
We are able to keep your order until the Saturday, but please bear in mind that short-life produce may not be able to be replaced as the order will be packed early Friday morning and we may have limited stock available.
