Rhug Estate PGI Welsh Organic Lamb first to be sold in Qatar after unique trade deal agreed by Lord Newborough

Rhug Estate is delighted to announce that PGI Welsh Lamb from its organic farm in north Wales is the first Welsh organic lamb to be available for customers to buy in Qatar, following Lord Newborough negotiating a trade deal which has taken two years to finalise.

Sadie Jarrett updates us on her three year PHD project about Rhug's history

Bangor University and Rhug Estate started work on a collaborative project in 2017 to explore the influence and significance of Rhug and Bachymbyd estates during the 16th and 17th centuries. The research is being carried out by Sadie Jarrett, a history graduate from Cambridge and Oxford Brookes universities who originates from Port Talbot. New Sales & Marketing Manager appointed for Rhug Estate’s new organic skincare range

We are delighted that Zhanna Bennett has recently joined the team as the Sales, Logistics & Marketing Manager for the new organic skincare range.

Zhanna joins the team at Rhug after working with international retailers Next for six and a half years in Leicester as their International Business Development Manager. She will be working with potential customers for the new Rhug Organic Skincare Range ahead of its launch next Spring.
