Loyalty Card

We have a fantastic in-store loyalty scheme available to our Farm shop customers; it is free to join and costs you nothing while you are a member, during which time you will accrue points along the way for each pound you spend with us.

Over time there will be special offers for loyalty card customers, double point promotions and possibly special shopping events which we hope you take advantage of.

Points are redeemable in the Farm Shop, and the rewards are as follows:

• 100 points – Coffee and cake for two in the café (any hot drink and any cake).
• 250 points – “Joint of the Month” from the butcher’s counter.
• 500 points – Cheese and wine hamper from the farm shop.
• 750 points – Breakfast for two in the café (includes anything from the breakfast menu and a hot drink).
• 1000 points – Christmas hamper (available during December with pre-orders taken in November).
• 1500 points – Rhug Wild Beauty Bundle. Includes 3 full size products and 1 mini.
• 2000 points – Luxury Rhug Hamper. Pre-order with at least 48 hours’ notice. Available all year round.
