Organic Beef Topside Joint is one of our finest cuts of beef. It’s perfect for a Sunday Roast or slow-cooked for a rich, melt-in-the-mouth taste. This topside beef joint is best enjoyed with seasonal vegetables and crispy roast potatoes.

When cooking topside beef, allow the beef fat to caramelise gently in the oven for extra flavour. Whether you prefer slicing it thick or thin, this topside delivers every time — delicious, satisfying, and full of traditional comfort.

1.5kg Approx

While much of our organic beef comes from our own herd, we also work with a small number of trusted producers who meet our exacting organic and animal welfare standards. The beef that we supply is renowned for its quality and flavour due to its high level of marbling, and the primal cuts are dry-aged for up to 35 days in a purpose-built dry-ageing chamber lined with Himalayan salt. The chamber is fitted with technology to control the temperature, airflow, lighting and humidity.

The pink salt blocks lining the wall under the airflow system enhance the dry-ageing process by rapidly reducing the humidity and purifying the air, creating the perfect environment for the ageing process. This seals the juices in the meat, producing a unique, sweet, flavoursome meat.

Primarily we sell all meat direct from the farm. Seasonal variations and high demand might impact availability. To ensure consistent offerings, occasionally we source from other certified organic farms upholding our strict animal welfare and sustainability values

We can deliver to most mainland Great Britain addresses. You can arrange delivery to your workplace, neighbour or friends if it’s more convenient, at no extra charge.


When do we deliver?

Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days from the date of the order being placed. All orders are delivered using a next day service, but please note this is from date of dispatch, not date of placing orders.


What is the delivery charge?

Delivery charges are for one delivery to any single mainland United Kingdom address. Prices are as follows:
