This sauce is a light Thai Style Sweet and Sour stirfry sauce. Made with soy, pineapple, chilli and garlic. Ideal with meat, seafood, vegetables and tofu it has a mild background heat of chilli. A lovely light stirfry sauce that also makes a tasty dip or marinade too.
