Our organic lamb is perfect as the main attraction of a hearty winter stew (or a ‘cawl’ as it is known here in Wales), an ingredient for some succulent kebabs or a spicy curry with a kick to it. This premium meat from the lamb shoulder is expertly prepared, offering both depth of flavour and tenderness for a wide range of delicious, slow-cooked dishes.
Each diced shoulder portion is prepared by our skilled butchers and can be found in our farm shop, where quality is always front and centre.
