The wonderfully rich Rhubarb and Ginger Conserve is made by the family run Welsh Speciality Foods. The delightful flavour is achieved using the whole fruit and as little else as possible. As an extra jam it contains a larger amount of fruit than standard jam and is made to a traditional, family recipe in classical copper-bottomed pans.
