Rosie’s Triple D Dry Cider is produced from 100% scratted and pressed apples. The juice is then left to ferment and mature in stainless steel vessels which lock in a pure apple taste.
Before Rosie’s Cider Farm started the Dafarn Dywyrch Llandegla which is situated at 1000 feet above sea levelwas an inn used by drovers till the late 1800’s. In 2004 Rosie’s started planting a cider orchard and they now grow 65 different varieties. The flavour of this cider is more gentle than a rough, high tannin scrumpy, but has more about it than lower ABV alternatives.
