Wild Boar, Chilli & Garlic Sausage are one of our favourites.   A strongly flavoured sausage with plenty of heat. Delicious but not for the faint hearted. Pan fry, grill or BBQ. Spice up your sausage sandwiches, breakfast or mash. Wild Boar, Chilli & Garlic Sausage go fantastically well with pasta and a tomato sauce.

Please note all our game is wild and shot and although every effort is made to remove any shot on rare occasions traces of shot may be found.
